Mobile money is how Ghana pays, so it is how a betting wallet should work too. Here is the whole journey.
In
You choose an amount, pick your network — MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash or AirtelTigo Money — and approve the prompt on your phone. The payment is confirmed by the payment processor, and the money appears in your wallet. Cards work the same way.
Your wallet is not a betting slip: money sits there until you spend it on a ticket, and you can withdraw it again whenever you like.
Playing
A ticket costs the entry price multiplied by the number of lines it holds. The cost is shown before you confirm, and taken from your wallet balance. If the balance is short, you will be told exactly how much you need.
Out
Prizes are credited to your wallet automatically when a pool is settled — there is nothing to claim. To take money out, request a withdrawal to a mobile money number.
The number must be registered in your own name. This is the single most common reason a payout is delayed. It is not bureaucracy for its own sake: paying winnings into someone else's wallet is how fraud and money laundering work, and every regulated operator checks it.
A few practical notes:
- The amount leaves your balance as soon as you request it, so you always know where you stand.
- If a payout cannot be completed, the full amount goes back to your wallet.
- Your network may charge its own cash-out fee. That is between you and them — we do not add a fee on top.
