Playing safely
A football pool should be entertainment you can afford. These tools are here to keep it that way, and every one of them works without asking anyone's permission.
Know where you stand
- Gambling is not a way to make money, and it will not solve a money problem.
- Only stake what you can afford to lose. A stake is spent the moment it is placed.
- Never chase a loss by staking more than you meant to.
- Do not play to escape stress, boredom or low mood.
- You must be 18 or older. Accounts found to belong to under-18s are closed and stakes returned.
The tools
Deposit limits
Cap what you can deposit in a day, a week or a month. Lowering a limit applies immediately. Raising or removing one takes 24 hours, so a decision made in the moment cannot be undone in the same moment.
Take a break (cool-off)
Stop deposits and tickets for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Your account reopens on its own when the break ends. A cool-off cannot be cancelled early.
Self-exclusion
Close your account to play for six months, twelve months or permanently. You will not be able to sign in, deposit or buy a ticket. It cannot be undone or shortened — not by you, and not by us. That is what makes it worth using. You can still withdraw a remaining balance: contact support and we will pay it out without reopening play.
